1ClickBuilder Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("1ClickBuilder", "we", "us") operates the 1ClickBuilder platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you use our services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: account registration details (name, email, mobile number), business information (store name, GSTIN), payment information processed securely via Razorpay/Stripe/PayPal, and content you upload (product images, descriptions). We also collect usage data automatically: pages visited, features used, device type, IP address, and browser information via cookies and analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to provide and improve the 1ClickBuilder platform, process payments and payouts, send transactional emails and WhatsApp alerts for orders, provide customer support, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations under Indian law (IT Act 2000, PDPB). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We share data with payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) strictly to process transactions, with logistics partners when you opt in to delivery integrations, with cloud infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN, storage) under data processing agreements, and with analytics providers (aggregated, anonymized data only). All third parties are contractually required to protect your data.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, performance cookies to understand usage patterns, and preference cookies to remember your theme and language settings. You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion (to support recovery requests). Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements), export your store data in portable format, and opt out of marketing communications. 7. Security
We use TLS encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, role-based access controls, regular security audits, and automatic backups. No system is 100% secure — if you discover a vulnerability, please report it responsibly to security@1clickbuilder.com.
8. Children's Privacy
1ClickBuilder is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately and we will delete the account.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve or as required by law. We will notify you of material changes via email and an in-dashboard banner at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance.
